When the dust settled on registration, Regatta Chairman Lenny Krawcheck and Race Committee Chairman Tommy Harken welcomed 37 boats to Charleston.

The first and only race of the day was 5 legs with the finish line near Castle Pinckney. Boats finished in a dying northerly breeze. After drifting around for a while, the Race Committe towed boats into the dock. When the sea breeze failed to fill, Tommy Harken called it a day.

Nabeel Alsalam from McLean, VA took first followed by Matt Fisher. We’ll post complete scores tonight.
